We, as elected officials asked for the public’s trust.  It is time we stopped hiding behind the excuse that some will abuse the system and return the same trust to the people that we ask to trust us.  We need to give the public the tools they need to hold City Hall accountable and to take steps to ensure the information people need is available when requested.
